Shipping: Most “in stock” orders are shipped within 2 days of receiveing your order and payment. Allow up to 2 weeks for special orders and out-of-stock items. We will contact you if this is necessary. During the busy holiday season we’ll be able to serve you best if you order early.
Heavy and/or fragile items may incur additional shipping charges. Most orders are shipped United States Postal Service, Priority Mail. All shipping charges shown are for U.S. addresses. For shipping and processing charges to international addresses, please contact us!
In Harmony Herbs strives to provide a reasonable shipping fee when you order an item. However due to the complex nature of shipping costs which vary by weight and location, we cannot always provide an accurate shipping cost when you first place your order. If there is a large discrepancy between the amount we charge you online and our shipping and processing costs, we will inform you and make the necessary adjustment BEFORE your credit card is billed.
Returns: We accept returns on upopened product, however bulk herbs, seeds, essential oils and special orders are non-refundable. A return authorization is required for all orders. Please call us if you have an questions or concerns about your order.
